TV shows I’m watching

Last week I finally finished the fifth and last season of Six Feet Under and I must say that it was a sad yet wonderful show.

These days I have started Dexter upon a great deal of persistence from a friend. I’m almost through season one and its quite exciting. Though I should mention that I still don’t agree with him saying that its better than 24. Nothing competes with 24, period.

Other than this we’re almost through with the third season of Grey’s Anatomy. It is one of those shows that you can watch and while it isn’t usually very intense or gripping, it is decent entertainment.

I need to catch up with the second and third seasons of Prison Break. Regarding Lost, I’m ready to cut it loose now – need to do it! Shows I’ve downloaded and might watch later are Heroes, Rome (season 2) and Oz.

I saw 24, in fact seeing the 3rd season. it has too many loop holes in the story. I do not know whether you caught them or not… its an ok show.

what you miss about dexter is the amount of personality in each character. Every character is clearly defined and acts exactly how you would think that they would. compared to the 24 has shallow characters. The whole show just goes around jack, nothing else.

umair: 24 does have some weak areas and they do make it seem that Jack can hardly ever get anything wrong. He is the refined version of Superman 🙂 The show is definitely about Jack and there’s nothing wrong with that – super hero movies/shows usually revolve around the super-hero.

However, any 24 episode is filled with excitement, sub-plots, twists and lots of adrenaline. No other show has me hanging on edge like 24!

Eddy: Just downloaded 4 seasons out of 6. Yet to start watching though!

Chroma-Trauma: I’ll admit that I didn’t find it too gripping either, however, IMO its good enough to make me watch it.

You should see Alias if you want to be at the edge of your seat. First two seasons are definitely a must (if you can digest the gadgets shown in it, its a must see)

be warned, rome has porn in it, and Oz has a lot of stuff about gays. I liked rome (not because of porn :P) but didnt like Oz. I also didnt like 6 feet under though.

    Try deadwood

I thought Rome season 1 was pretty good too; lets hope they’ve kept it up in season 2 as well.

Man you should really try SFU, it is an awesome show. I’ve also started downloading How I Met Your Mother, I’ve heard its the next good sitcom after Friends.
