Trainings at work

Last week I was part of a 4-day long training organized by my company on User and System Requirements conducted by Learning Tree. It was a very interactive team-based exercise and we were given a scenario and had to work together to achieve the target.

Other than the technical knowledge I gained; the best part for me was getting a better understanding of team dynamics. Everyone has different ideas and thinks they are right. The trick is how to ensure that you keep on moving ahead and everyone feels good. I also had the opportunity to present one aspect of our work to the whole class and the instructor, and that served as a confidence booster.

Next week my manager has lined me up for another one of their trainings: Object-Oriented Design and Analysis Using UML and I’m really looking forward to it.

I think everything said was actually very reasonable.
However, consider this, what if you wrote a catchier title?
I am not suggesting your content isn’t solid, however suppose you added a post title that grabbed folk’s attention?
I mean Trainings at work | My Life – Sabah Hussain is a little boring.
You might peek at Yahoo’s home page and watch how they create article titles to grab viewers interested. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to get readers excited about everything’ve written.
In my opinion, it could make your website a little bit more interesting.
