I just learnt that the common saying, “We only use 10% of our brains”, is a myth. The truth is that we actually use 100% of our brains. Of course, we may still argue that most people do not use their brains to its full potential (but that’s not the same as saying we only use X% of it).

Farii: That’s what I also thought, but if you read the linked article in my post, you will find that the Einstein 11% thing is just a myth. It is not proven scientifically.

the examples are endless
on a serious note, the brain is distributed into many bodily functions and i have also heard that people can lead normal lives even if you remove half a brain (with a few complications)
another strong point is the up bringing of a person. Many are naturally genius and some are just genius because everything had been explained to them very well.
